Interviewer

Interviewer is a product which we have developed in partnership with the University of Bradford. The application allows a user to watch one of several pre-recorded interviews on screen. When the interviewer asks a question, the user can set the application into recording mode and record their answer to the question. The user continues to interact with the application until the interview is at an end. Then the user can play back the interview and watch their own interview performance on screen.

MiWay

We are also working on MiWay, a comprehensive online life and career plannning tool incorporating key functions such as e-portfolio, CV builder, self assessment and Interviewer (See above). Bluetree-i

We have a suite of applications under the name Bluetree-i designed to help organisations manage key HR and Operations functions.All of the applications are available as web applications and can be run on an organisations’ Intranet or provided as a hosted application. Bluetree-i Absence Manager

Staff Absence costs organisations in lost productivity, lost opportunities, agency staff costs, disruption and management time. To help your organisation address this issue, we have developed an application to manage the reporting and analysis of absence amongst your workforce. The application has been developed with input from a number of public sector organisations in the UK.

Absence Manager enables your organisation to manage the absence process in line with your absence policy. All absences are recorded using a standard easy to complete webform. Built in validation and pre-defined workflow ensures everyone who needs to be is alerted and kept informed. Associated documents created during the lifecycle of the absence such as Return to work interviews, Notifications of continued absence, Doctors Certificates etc provide an audit trail forthe absence. By implementing this application, an organisation can easily track and report on absences, spot trends, take timely and appropriate action to ensure their absence policy is followed.
